By registering for the retreat you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Cost of the Women Who Shoot Retreat is $375 ($450 including cabin stay). There is a $100 deposit to hold your spot. This deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another attendee.
- Your balance must be paid by July 1st of the attending year.
- At arrival you must sign a waiver before participating in or observing any activities.
- All attendees MUST attend the mandatory safety meeting Saturday Morning.
- Teenagers may attend but a paying parent or guardian must attend with them.
- Any additional activities (shooting machine guns, explosive targets, etc) will be an additional cost and can be paid for at the event.
- Payment can be through PayPal, Venmo, credit card or check. All processing fees must be paid by attendee or use friends and family option to avoid fees.
- No recreational drugs are permitted on the grounds of the shooting facility (shooting and camping area). Alcohol consumption will be allowed AFTER range has been shut down for the day.
- Attendees need to be legally permitted to operate firearms and a US citizen.
- Any physical limitations should be brought to the instructors attention.
- NO unsafe practices will be permitted. Anyone jeopardizing the safety of the event will be asked to leave without a refund.
- You are permitted to bring your own firearms, you are responsible for the safety and security of your own firearms. No firearms should be removed from case or holster until after safety brief and then all rules discussed will be followed at all times. All firearms must comply with all state and national laws. If you have special class 3 items, you must have the proper paperwork with them.
- Camping is free but if you wish to stay at a hotel or air B&B you are responsible for the cost.
- Carry-in, carry-out rules apply to your campsite. Leave no trace.
- Electricity is limited, inquire ahead of time.
